Hi so i've spent the entire day trying to figure out whats wrong and it's quiet apparent theres some drivers n stuff i need to sort out i've downloaded windows media creation tool to try and force the update but at the last option where it asks me if i want to do a fresh install or if i want to keep all files but it's constantly showing the keep files option grayed out and i can only do fresh install.
The windows version im using is 1607 which is meant to be the latest.. so i am at a loss for what to do as i don't want do a fresh install unless i have to.
