i just wanted to know why ASUS P8H61-M2/TPM/SI mobo not working/ supporting core i5 2400 with dual stick rams . It works perfectly fine with single stick ram .

However my current Asus H61M-K Mobo perfectly running core i5 2400 with dual stick 8gb rams with no issue at all . This is a strange thing happen to me which ruined me upgrading my processor yesterday.

Is this is a mobo compatibility issue or is there any BIOS setting need to be on or off or update
for that ?

PLEASE LET ME KNOW the SOLUTION

Solution
Make sure you have put them in the correct DIMM slots.
Usually the configuration is listed in the manual, which shoud be shipped with the board and usually can also be downloaded at the manufacturers website.

Yes i have inserted properly in a ram slots and checked several time .While the seller was checking with a corsair 1600mhz rams. When he installed a 4gb ram my i5 2400 working like a charm but when he inserted another 4gb corsair ram it doesn't show any display . but my mobo H61MK running this pro i5 2400 smoothly with both single and dual channel ram but i am running it on 4*4 = 8gb 1333mhz rams .
