CPU Temps Very High

Hey everyone,
As I was looking through stats and programs I found that my cpu temps are very high like high 90s even with my corsair 100i v2. The cpu is a 6700k skylake. Is it possible the cooler is installed incorrectly?

It's not getting power. I don't know how to get it powered on. The wires coming from the block aren't plugged in to anything what do i plug them into

Is it a 4 pin power cable?

It has two things that connect to pin power cables

Try and plug them in and see what happens.
