GPU driver crashed during game, won't install new driver. Device manager gives code 43, but nothing has helped so far.

Ok so bare in mind that I am no way expert with computers so if I'm assuming something wrong do correct me.

So few days ago my what I assumed was GPU driver crashed during a game. My computer restarted, but now my screen was full of red lines/streaks/dots (for reference, bad quality photos: http://m.imgur.com/a/eZ0d3). I see that Nvidia Control Panel doesn't work (on desktop if you right click it doesn't even show the option, if you go through control panel then it opens up in task manager but nothing happens). On device manager it sees I have Nvidia GTX 1070 but it gives me code 43 in description.

So far I've tried:
- Installed driver through Nvidia Experience
- Downloading correct driver from Nvidia's website and installing driver through it (both express and advanced with clean install)
- Doing DDU (both normally and in safe mode) and installed correct driver manually after
- Removing and installing driver through device manager

During these I never recieved any errors during install, but after computer restarted, nothing changed and it was like I never installed any drivers?

I tried to reinstall Windows 10 and restore my system, but I'm still in same spot, althrough now it tries to update nvidia adapters through windows update. Which would be okay, but after it's done and wants to restart, the screen is black after restarting. I left it like that for about 20~ mins, restarted computer manually and I'm back at starting point again.

So, dows anyone know what the problem might be? I feel like I'm completely lost with this.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K, 4.0GHz
Motherboard: Intel Z170
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, 8Gt GDDR5
Memory: 16Gt (2 x 8Gt) DDR4 2666MHz
Os: Windows 10

Solution
Dead video card or bad power supply are the most likely issues. Going by most systems, it's likely the power supply since that is where most people buy cheaper products.

I only know that my power supply is 600W, have no idea about the model. But if it's hardware issues it seems like I need to send it to repair, thankfully I still have warranty left since the computer is only month old.

Thanks!
