Solution
Yeah... mediocre.

The FX-8350 is a bottleneck in games that are CPU dependent. A core i3 can easily perform better than the FX-8350 in games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 when using the GTX 1080... or any other GPU.

32GB of RAM is excessive for games. 16GB is more than enough... unless you need 32GB of RAM for programs other than games. Such as Photoshop seeing that you have a drive specifically for photography.

6/10

the CPU is a massive bottleneck for your card
the PSU is mediocre
the fans are all but quiet
the CPU cooler is highly overpriced for it's performance.

for gaming any modern i3 easily outperforms the FX8350
for editing an i5 is mostly still better

Admirable
Yup, as stated above, pretty much everything related to the CPU is kinda okay. Not good, really, but doable if you really insist on them. ( which i wouldn't )

Switch that 8350 for a i5 6500 with a H110 mobo or a i5 6600k with a Z170 mobo.

Get a SeaSonic PSU with 550W, you don't really need more than that.

Aside from those, the rest is nice, especially the GPU. A 1080 will skyrocket anything you wanna play right now, even 4k at some 30fps
