PC won´t boot with more than 2 RAM sticks.
Most important Specs:
Gigabyte Z77 D3H
Intel i5 2500k
2 x 2 Pairs of Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600 RAM.

Wanted to upgrade my Ram from 8 to 16 GB so I bought 2 more sticks, almost the same I already had running. PC will not boot with more than 2 Sticks of Ram installed. Tried it with only new and old Sticks and both works. Bootet Windows and played a few minutes of Fallout 4 without Problems.
Slot Setup 1 3 & 2 4 both works.
Did a BIOS Update, nothing changed.
Memtest crashes immediatly when running with 4 Sticks as well, but I coudn´t find any Errors on any sticks with at least one run for each.
Any Ideas ?

Also had some Issues the USB slots and Shutdowns without BSODs in the past months, and couldn´t find out what caused the issues.

TL,DR: Got some new Ram, PC will not boot with more than 2 Sticks installed, but works with old and new Ram.

I updated BIOS Driver and Mobo Drivers yesterday and today. 2 Sticks work fine in every configuration. Changing Vram Voltage did nothing for me. 4 Sticks still not working.
Could the XMP Profile have bad voltage settings that are causing the issues?
Afaik I need XMP to have 1600 Ram with my i5 2500k.

Can try setting up manually - there's no guarantees when mixing packages of DRAM, even if the same identical model. In part XMP is programmed into the SPD by the individual package. Where you see the primary timings in the advertising i.e. 9-9-9-24 there are numerous other timings also in the SPD, and as said, it's by the package, i.e. a two stick package might run a tRFC timing of 160 for 4 sticks it might need a tRFC of 210 or so

I don´t know anything about the settings for the RAM in BIOS so far. If the PC can run fine with one of the older sticks, and one of the newer Sticks, does that tell me anything the automatic settings in the BIOS should work fine for the two packages of RAM ?
