This are my specs:
Case: Acer Aspire MC605
PSU: 300W (the one that came from Acer)
Current Graphic card: Nvidia Geforce GT 620
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2030 @ 3 Ghz
Ram: 8Gb DDr3l

Solution
Although Acers use lower quality parts, a GT 730 GDDR5 should work with that Acer power supply and will be a big upgrade over the 620. Just don't expect it to all of a sudden run Far Cry 4 at High settings with that upgrade or something. You will go from unplayable in some games to playable, and from low to medium settings in games you can run.

Actually someone told me that I can go for the gt 740 from msi (the one with 2gb gddr5)

That should work also. I normally don't think of the 740 because it's not a good price/performance part vs the 750 but with a not too good power supply the 740 may be good for your system.
