SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASEEE!!!!
I bought a new graphics card (GT 740) and now every game stutters.Like,I can get up to 60 fps on some new games,but the game just stutters all the time.

For example: I played Crysis game in like 2010 when i had my GT 520 and it ran just fine,no stuttering or anything.Now I got a new graphic card,and it stutters like every 3-4 seconds.
Please someone help me out!

This could be a driver issue. Did you completely remove the old drivers before installing the new GPU? Use DDU for this, it guarantees a fresh new driver install and prevents much trouble.
Also, the GT740 is not much of an upgrade compared to the GT520. Especially since newer games require more vram, your gt740 (1gb vram) could be a downgrade for some games, since it has less video ram than the gt520 (2gb vram).
