Hi, Im just wondering how would be the best way to set up all of my fans and my AIO pump in the Bios. I have two 3 pin fans at the front using a 2x 4pin to 1 4 pin splitter, the two H75 fans connected to the CPU Fan header with the same type of splitter and finally my pump connected to a chassis fan header. In the bios I have the two at the front on standard DC, the two on the cpu cooler on PWM standard and the pump on PWM full speed. Is this all good or should i change it? I heard PWM wouldnt work with the two at the front because they are both only 3 pin. I think the two on the cooler are 3 pin aswell though. I only started checking all this because the pump is making a whining noise and i read that i should move it to a chassis fan header and put to 100%. is this correct? I know this is a big paragraph but i just want to check if its all good.
Thanks :)

3 pin only provide power, 4 pin add control of fan's...

Get PWM hub, connect to (if any) water pump header or CPU fan header. The 3 pin fan only run 100% RPM, there haven't been uniform PWM standard, for example a 80% PWM is rotating 1000 RPM on X model and 1100 RPM on Y model.

You should replace them with 4 pin fan, bad idea to set pump other than 100% so keep it on chassis fan header, if you stick to the 3 pin fan case the adding 5.2" bay fan controller will be good option.

But should i make my fans DC or keep them PWM in the Bios? the two 3 pins i have seem to get really loud on PWM, i guess thats because they go to 100% so is DC the way to go? Awork because it will stay at lso do i set the pump to DC in the BIOS to100%?

3 pin only provide power, 4 pin add control of fan's rotation. As I said a dedicated fan controller has voltage regulator which will affect the RPM (8 to 12 Volt), so you can choose what speed is comfy with its slider or knob. Even with PWM you still hear fan loud because the system will assume only at idle state is necessary to lower the voltage, so at normal to max load state the PWM signals fans at their 100% speed.
Pump = Case fan header, H75 fans = CPU fan header, any extra case 3pin fan header left some fan have fix speed control adapter such as http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/jetflo-120/, if you had h75 then VGA will be the only hot part to cool, so clear the air burst of front intake fan from cables and wires (tape or zip tie them to case), if your case has top radiator mount, place your h75 on it and leave rear out take fan exhausting warm air. BTW what's your case?
