The 450watt psu will be fine for those parts since not using sli or overclocking.

You could go cheaper when using a B150 or H170 motherboard,but looking at it are those in atx size not much cheaper,something like this i mean,

The Z170 motherboard will give the option to use the higher speed ram at the speed it can run at.All ddr4 ram will default at first to 2133mhz,XMP will have to be enabled in the uefi/bios to make ram run at higher speeds if it can do that.

Well gives something to choose from with three builds. ;)
