what power supply must i buy?

i have a decent system which consists of :

i5 4440S 2.8Ghz
16GB Ram 1.5V each
GTX 970
Biostar H81MLV3
Toshiba 1TB and 500GB Seagate
1 standard keyboard and mouse

What's your budget?
Can the pcpartpicker be used?
Otherwise give a link to a site you use or some links to psu's within budget.
Can also look at tiers 1+2 in the next list,

If not in budget would tier 3 do as well.Your system isn't the most power hungry,and saying that a good quality 450watt psu would already be fine,not higher than 550watt is needed (still look at good quality)
