Here is the planned build:
Processor: AMD A10-7850K Black Edition 4.0GHz
Motherboard: MSI A88X-G45 GAMING
Graphics card: R9 380 4 GB
Memory: Kingston HyperX 12GB (3x4Gb) DDR3 1600MHz, CL9
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB SATA3SSD + 1TB HDD
OS: Windows 7 64b
I will mostly play DayZ and GTA 5

Solution
You have what you have at the end of the day.

The 7850k isn't going to be bad to the point of unplayability .
Days around 40fps, GTA 5 anywhere between 40-60fps.

Don't understand the 380 though ??
Not cheap cards now & the 1050ti performs about the same
Is this a system you are going to buy or that you already have?

The A10 is first of all a poor buy just on the stand point that you already have a graphics card so the cheaper 880k would acutally run better.
Although that is still not enough, because even the 880k cpu is too weak for high settings. With a good overclock and high speed ram it still cant match core i3 level perofrmance..

3x ram is not advised because you will put your memory into lower single channel speed due to the un-paired stick

So running 8gb ram and and intel cpu/motherboard would be faster then this build.

So i already have all except the R9 so thats the problem and my ram is only 6 gb when 2 sticks

For gaming the 8gb is fully sufficient and thus dual channel 8gb is better then 12gb running in slower single channel mode, thus take out the mismatched 4gb stick.

Your CPU should be able to hanlde a 470 with little to no bottleneck
Of course that is assuming you have a decent quality PSU (just because the company printed a number on a sticker does not mean it is quality nor that it can output half that load without frying your computer).

But why is the ram 6 gb? Is windows taking it up?

for those two games he wants to play the a10 is not suitable at all and will terribly bottleneck that gpu

both are VERY cpu bound

...

should have come here and asked for help before buying anything, the games you want to play wont run well at all on that setup

Problem is that i got this pc when i knew nothing about gaming and i dont have any money now

WhIch is exactly why you should have asked for help picking your parts as suggested. We could have started you off with a platform that while not super fast for gaming was at least something you could upgrade easily as funds became avaliable.

You see, now you are in a hole where you are going to have to buy a completely new cpu, motherboard, and memory to get any real gains. In the end the $400 you spent on the A10 platform and $500 to get a new gpu/cpu/motherboard/ram (and potentially another $60 if your PSU is not good) is not cheaper then spending $500 on an intel build + $200 for a better GPU latter.
So now you are spending just under $1000 to end up having a $700 computer.
More often then not the cheapest option is not the least expensive.
