Okay, so I have a very interesting and unique set of variable here in which have probably lead to my problem. I work in a Computer Solutions Center and we have a repair shop that I want running smoothly so we can do business networking. When repairing these computers I want to use a PXE boot to diagnose them but I can't seem to figure out how to set it up properly. I have a Virtual Machine on my ProxMox server that has Serva on it, the network connection is bridged and everything is setup explicitly how it should be, however when I boot to the network from another device or VM I see the Windows selection, I select it, and the screen does nothing. The only error I get is a BINL Warn that looks like this: https://puu.sh/scTjB/757ba48ad1.png , I want to give as much information as I can without just saying "Yes, it is done correctly". This is another example of the only error I get, obviously it is something to do with the boot sequence: https://puu.sh/scJhn/730c240b19.png

Thank you, guys. Ask me anything and I'll answer as best as possible.

Solution
Start with something simpler and well documented
- get a physical box for the server. Anything with 4gb of RAM and kind of modern processor will do, any storage like 100gb is OK
- download trial edition of Windows Server 2012
- make an isolated network just for that (or put second NIC in the server to connect to your office network for eg Internet access)
- master PXE from that environment, then start moving over to the complex one you have in mind
