Guys this is my System Configuration.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K
GPU: Zotac Nvidia 650 Ti DDR5 1GB.
RAM:Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 8 GB).
PSU: Corsair VS650 650 Watt .
HDD: 3TB [WD 1TB + WD 2TB caviar green].
SSD: Crucial BX100 250GB - (for OS)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG
OS : Windows 10 pro 64bit
Cabinet Circlet CC840.
Monitor: Acer 21".

Planned to upgrade my GPU with Zotac GTX 1080 Amp extreme. I am much worried about 2 things, since I am spending huge money on GPU.

1) IS my Power supply Corsair VS650 650 Watt is good enough for the Zotac GTX 1080 Amp extreme card, since it consume considerably high power 90w compared to founder edition card?

2)Even-though Circlet CC840 has a large Room I am bit worried about the Card could fit in my cabinet.

Solution
the PSU should be okay. but check the manufacturer's page to see their reccomended wattage.

while you are on the page, get the measurements for the card. Then measure the distance inside your case from the slots to where the drive cage starts. That will tell you if the card fits

Thanks for the quick response. I checked the manufacturer websites for both PSU & Cabinet.

1) Power supply Corsair VS650 is more than sufficient for single GTX 1080 card with my current Rig's Configuration. (calculated using http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/ ) and Also the recommended power supply for GTX 1080 is 500W

2) Cabinet Circlet CC840 max GPU card length is 290-450mm (supported) . Only founder edition card will fit in my Rig without any issue. Amp extreme & Amp Edition card won't fit in.

Zotac GTX 1080 Amp extreme edition card length = 325mm x 148mm
Zotac GTX 1080 Amp edition card length = 300mm x 148mm
Zotac GTX 1080 Founders Edition card length = 266.7mm x 111.15mm

I changed my plan to end up with founder edition card which is little bit less in price (around 1k) when compared to Amp extreme edition.

Guess I mis-read. I thought you purchased the case already. A lot of cases have an internal drive bay that can be removed to allow for longer graphics cards. thus the card length of "290mm-450mm" the 450mm card length is probably due to removing the internal drive bay.

Since your using 2 HDDs, you may need to keep the internal drive bay. Im guessing here because there is no link to your case with pics.
