Need help choosing last parts of a desktop build. My budget is around £1100 maximum

Currently I am thinking of:
CPU - i5 6600k
GPU - Asus Strix GTX 1060
PSU - Corsair CX750M
Mobo - need help deciding
Ram - Need help deciding
HDD - WD Blue 1TB
Case - Around £70 budget thinking either NZXT s340 or Phanteks P400.

Already have an SSD to be used in the system.

I am unsure of what motherboard would be the best value for my money and would allow me to get a decent overclock out my system.

Also need to get a CPU cooler and I am undecided between an air cooler or an AIO. I do like the looks of an AIO and I do have the room for it in my budget, I'm just not sure if it's overkill since I will just be mildly overclocking. Also are they more bother than they are worth?

With plenty of passive coolers and a 212 Evo this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1N83UD9877&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-VigLink2-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3821802&SID=ivbpoihec1000a1700053 will allow your 6600K to be easily overclocked to about 4.4(5)GHz. That's NOT a rule. Not every single 6600K can overclock to 4.4. As a matter of fact overclocking voids your warranty. Intel's just not nice like that. But, generally speaking that is the line that most 6600Ks get to before other changes need to be made to support it such as a minor voltage boost.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181103&cm_re=H100i-_-35-181-103-_-Product is fairly popular with i7 6700K overclockers. The Noctua D14 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9PV3YE9689&cm_re=Noctua_D14-_-35-608-018-_-Product can handle SIGNIFICANT overclocks as well. The Phanteks 400 can accommodate any of those coolers. The NZXT can not. It's a bit too slim for those air coolers. It also lacks the space for that H100.

These http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148985&cm_re=2_x_8_GB_DDR4-_-20-148-985-_-Product do match the color color of the case and the PCIe x 16 slots(x3). Not just tossing some parts in the cart. As long as you have a can of air and a lint-free microfiber cloth the h100 is very easy to maintain and not too difficult to install.
