I do not know what else to try I have tried changing the nvidia control panel settings and many other things I have even tried using older driver versions and yes I did update the drivers to the most recent. Its in all the games I play but it is only very noticeable in games like H1Z1 or Arma 3. But I can still notice it happening when i play league of legends. Its not a low overall FPS issue it happens suddenly for a second or two then goes back to normal I can run the games fine it is just impossible to play competitive shooters or simulators when I have the split second FPS drop. Is it possible this is a motherboard issue because i installed this psu the same day I installed the card so it should not be a power supply issue unless I am missing something somewhere? I do not know what else i should try. Also It does not seem to be overheating and my cpu usage and ram usage are like 40% below being 100% while im playing these games. Also I do have V-sync turned off.

temperatures at at like 56 C while playing at max and my graphics card clock speed is the base clock while i am playing but it does dip down sometimes when the fps drop starts it drops with the gpu usage dropping down.

that is cpu temp how do i check the cpu clock? If you mean the frequency of each core its at 3.1 and the load of each core does not go over 70% while im in the game.

LoL is actually pretty well optimized, runs well on even poor hardware. There must be a problem here.

Yeah its definitely not the game something is not right at all because its not a little fps drops its major and it goes back to normal after only a second or 2 but it happens about ever 10 seconds or so depending on the game.

Same here! But constantly in games. I just read an article and the scores on Heaven and some of the other benchmark tests were double mine, and I'm running it with a 6700k... The 3gb version worked perfectly.
