I build a pc not so long ago , After window 10 update. My monitor doesnt detect the pc no more. I've tried to reboot many time it doesnt work , the computer runs fine but no image. I took out the hard drive and it runs fine like normal..so i think the problem was the harddrive "just bought for couple weeks" is there a way to fix it beside replacing a nrw harddrive?

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, @Noodlewithstyle!

I'd advise you to check the connections to the monitor and also attempt to plug it to a different computer, if you have access to one. If it's a VGA cable that is connecting it the Monitor to the PC, I'd also strongly recommend you swap it. If your PC incorporates an HDMI cable and you have a compatible HDMI display/TV/monitor, try using that connectivity instead and see if you will be able to see what is going on whenever you boot the PC.

Good luck! Hope this works. :)
