Recently I've saved up some money and decided to get a new pc. Since I'm a poor student, every penny I save is valuable to me. So, I've bought some used components (everything except for PSU, that's the only part I didn't cheap on):

Asus H77 Pro4/MVP
i5 2500
Crucial 2x4 DDR3 ram
R9 380x
Barracuda HDD 1.5Tb

Every component was working properly before I bought it (checked it myself).

I've put everything together and turned on pc. HDD had windows 8.1 already on it. It got me to this error:

No big deal, I thought, probably just some driver missmatch, and I wanted to instal windows 10 anyway. So I've put in bootable USB with a windows 10 on it and it got me this error:

I thought, something must be wrong with usb, so I've put in 100% working usb with windows 7 on it. This got me stuck on "Windows loading" part. I've waited for 15 mins and then gave up.

So, only conclusion was that HDD was damaged. So' I've put working HDD with windows 7 from my current pc into this one. This time, this is what I got:

I have no idea what's wrong with it. I've tried loading up settings in BIOS, flashing BIOS from USB, changing SATA cables and SATA ports, and I've tried every combination above at least 2 times. Can anyone here help me ? I would appreciate it very much.

EDIT: Also, when I'm turning on PC or restarting it, it never turns on on the first try. It always shuts down at least once immediately after turning on, sometimes with a very silent beep (not like the one that signalises that everything is working in order, it's something different, never heard it before) and sometimes it makes a weird sound, something similar to a sound you would get when trying to turn on a car with a dead battery, but way more silent obviously. It always turns on however, usually on the second go, but never on the first. This might be related somehow, I have no idea how tho.

First off you cant take a HDD with a preloaded OS on it and expect it to boot that computer into windows. Windows is trying to boot with all the other computers drivers, having a seizure because it has no idea what this new hardware is and gives up with an error.

You can use the Barracuda drive you just need to boot to the USB stick first to reinstall windows to the drive.

Have you gone into the bios and told it to boot from usb fists? From each of the pictures it looks like your still booting to the harddrive first.

You can also hit F8 during loading and it will give to boot options where you should be able to select the usb drive.

Lastly it would wise to spend $20 and get an external DVD drive for these rare cases. I havent had in internal optical drive in over 10 years, but i still keep an IDE and Sata drive laying around on the shelf + an eternal usb drive. It very easy to just open the side of the case plug in the sata cable and power and let the optical drive hang there for 30min to install windows the remove it.
