Hello everyone, I want to know if this Graphic Card will work on my pc (Gigabyte VGA Gigabyte Nvidia G-Force GTX 1060 Windforce 2 OC, 6GB, GDDR5, PCI-E 3.0, DVI-D, HDMI, DP.)

My Pc specs:
Processor: i5 4690k 3.50Ghz
GPU: Gtx 750ti asus
Motherboard: H81M-S1
Ram: Hyperx 8gb 1600MHz
Power supply: no specific name but has 350W

Solution
Although a very efficient card I would not run a GTX 1060 on a no-name 350w PSU. I recommend upgrading to a quality 550w unit like an XFX TS, an EVGA G2, Seasonic G or S12II, Corsair RMx etc.

So I just need to change my PSU to a new one with 550w and that gtx 1060 will work fine on my pc right?

Yes indeed!
Both graphics cards use PCIE connectors, so the GTX1060 should slot in right where the 750Ti was.
As timeconsumer mentions above, it is a very good idea to get a decent power supply. It also gives you overhead to add more devices/components at a later time without having to worry about the PSU needing to be upgraded too.
