Easiest way to flash BIOS (GT70-0NE)

Modified MSI GT70 0NC
GPU: gtx 870m
CPU: 3610qm
RAM: 16gb
SSD: 64gb x2 RAID0 (or super raid which they call it)
HDD: 750gb

I'm having a lot of issues currently and want to flash my BIOS.
I've also switched the graphics card which has some slight issues that flashing might help.

Never flashed BIOS before some I'm really scared i mess up. And replacement motherboard isn't really that easy sense it's an laptop

Preferably I would like to use an USB stick.

Current BIOS: American Megatrends INC. E1762IMS.30J

Not sure what your issues are, but before flashing to a later BIOS, try something like CCLeaner. Do the Clean and Registry portions both. That will eliminate most software issues, registry errors, and pgm. conflicts that might be the problem. Run Malwarebytes to rid the system of any poorly written malware code that may be affecting the system too.
