I dont have the computer in front of me this is my friends computer i built for him so this is to the best of my knowledge the parts i worked on and i may be slightly off but ill try my best to be accurate. I really need some help here because we were under the predication we could return the parts to newegg as the sales rep told us if anything was wrong which we now know is not true so we need to make the best of this build/run.

Motherboard: Asus x99-A
GFX Card: 1080 EVGA superclocked founders edition
CPU: 6850k
SSD: Samsung evo 1tb
HDD: WD 1TB
RAM: Corsair 32GB dual channel vengence sticks(Forgot the frequency 3k plus) DDR4
PSU: EVGA 1000w fully modular PSU
Windows 10
Case corsair 770(I think)
Liquid cooler was the corsair H90 i think.

So the problem is when he runs WoW he gets around 60 frames, when he plays games every 30 seconds it will freeze then speed up to catch up, and with arma 3 hes getting 9 frames on the lowest settings, and some games just cause the PC to bluescreen. I really dont know whats wrong everythings been put together properly because when we first tested it he was playing battlefield 1 just fine. I really need some help here i thought it might be drivers but the way he keeps explaining issues to me i dont know what it is anymore. Hes always bought origin pc's and hes always had stuttering issues with his computers whereas i always build AMD computers and have never had that problem.

Thanks in advance

Is this stock or overclocked? Can you switch out GPU's in your friends system for testing? If the problem doesn't follow the part then try the PSU. Test your drives using the drive makers tools with smart and other tests. Try prime 95 for 3 minutes to see if the CPU is throttling or overheating. Us Furmarks to see if your GPU is throttling.

I have seen performance issues caused by drivers. It may be worth checking all your drivers are up to date and you installed the motherboard drivers (On a disc that comes with the motherboard).
The bluescreening could prove useful. Perhaps if you can tell us what bluescreen errors you are getting, we can trace the problem to something.

He had installed from the disc but also told me that it said it was up to date, his last origin pc had the same issues until he reinstalled windows 7 hes on windows 10 now but im thinking it was drivers too i just dont know how to check and make sure all the drivers are good.
