a prebuilt worth nothing in my point of view above all this one ..with no futur proof setup and use bad and weak components

As mentioned above it will look good on the surface but as the customer reviews say it is made up of cheap internal components. If you are not confident enough to build your own system and dont know someone who could build you one i would consider buying the components yourself and taking them to a local PC store to see if they would build the system for you. For example there is a small PC repair shop near where i live that will build a machine for you for £20 ($30ish). At least this way you know that the components are of a high quality.
