New PSU worth it?

So currently I have a FX-6300 paired with a GT 740. I'm currently running it @4.3GHz, max. temp 50 °C after running Cinebench R15. +0.12V were added to the default Vcore. Now my problem is that I have the FSP RAIDER 550 - which isn't really good quality, so my question is if I should just stop overclocking for now or if I should buy a new PSU. The problem is that even my CPU cooler isn't Class A (beQuiet Pure Rock) so if I upgrade either the temps will be too high, then I would have to buy a new CPU cooler, and then the motherboard (GA-970A-DS3P) would be the problem. I'm also getting a GTX 1050 Ti in near future but this won't be a big difference in power consumption since even my GT 740 has 64W power consumption normally vs the 75W of the 1050 Ti.

Oh, and if raising VCore means higher temps, it will run at lower VCore than now if I get a new cooler, right? But the power consumption gets higher per every +MHz, right?

I think so too. Everything is working fine. But does a better cooler affect power consumption, too? Sorry if I'm asking in this thread which is made for the other question, but is this right:
better cooling > lower voltages > higher clocks > higher power consumption
so are higher clocks automatically equal to higher power consumption? since the voltage limit would stay the same
