Computer Making Wierd Sound Just Bought 1 Month Ago

Hey guys, So I have had this problem with my computer for about 2-3 weeks literally 1 week after I bought it I noticed that it was making a weird buzz that would come and go after a while playing games.

Its a pre build HP gaming desktop

Specs

-GTX 960
-I7 6700
-16GB of Ram
Windows 10

it looks like a mess of cables in there try cleaning them up and stashing them out of the way of fans and other moving/vibrating parts, that would be the first thing
second thing- it could be a failing hard drive it would be a fan failing (yes even on new computers fans fail)
at this time the video is a great help but first thing is first clean up the cables and try to isolate the noise so you know what component it is coming from
