Hi guys!

I'm trying to design my very first mini-ITX PC. I am going for something roughly on the budget end ~400-600$. Currently my build will incorporate a GTX 960 Asus Strix, and an i3-6100

I am trying to pick a small ITX case that would have a small footprint, maybe even packable into a carry on suitcase for flights when I fly to meet my gaming friends for a LAN party.

So far I've liked the design of the Thermaltake V1 Cube and the Suppressor F1.

So my questions would be :

1. Recommendations of a good cube case? Or which to pick between the V1 and the F1 or even the CM Elite series and why? Would these cases be sturdy enough to be placed in a carry-on bag?
2. Would a book style case be better for compactibility and what are its drawbacks for the form factor

Thanks guys!
