Monitor and mouse wont turn on, but keyboard gets power

Hey guys, I just replaced my motherboard, everything is plugged in properly, but when i hit the power button, the monitor and mouse wont work. The keyboard gets powered and all of the fans and lights in the pc will turn on. I am currently at a loss. I have taken the battery out for 5 minutes and put it back in to clear the cmos, nothing changed. I have tested each ram stick and nothing has changed. I have also double checked over the wiring and still cant find anything. Also when i go to hit the reset or power button while the pc is on, nothing will happen. Any suggestions?
