1060 gtx 6gb vs 450w psu

Hi there all,
I already got my 1060gtx but there is a small problem.It is going to turn off after few seconds of working (barely can see windows desktop). Screen is going to sleep, cooler is turning off. I can't even install proper drivers.

I'am using this case with psu 450W:

With all my knowledge it should be enough for this cards with i5 6500 + 8gb of ram + cheap ssd.

Clearly there is a problem. It looks like

its not about 10s of power..its about quality of PSU..whether it is powerful enough to supply required wattage throughout the system..and thats what your rig might be lacking.

You really think after 10s of power? I could understand that after playing games but in that case... I've tried with open case - same thing. Card getting warm but I can touch it.

its not about 10s of power..its about quality of PSU..whether it is powerful enough to supply required wattage throughout the system..and thats what your rig might be lacking.
