Hi, I have a Toshiba Printer Model e-studio 357 which has been able to print and scan normally. However, recently one user keep having problem scanning emails to her outlook 2013. sometimes her files goes through and other times, it will show error.

Whenever she scans, it will goes to her outlook 2013 or a designated file folder as she choose. There are no issue with printing though.
When I tried to go to another printer, there is not halt in the scanning and it is seamless.

I have tried to change the cable from the port to the printer though I seriously doubt it is a cable issue. Otherwise, none of them can print.

I have heard that the amount of files in your file sharing folder will determine whether your documents can be file shared from your printer, not sure if this is the case. I have checked that her file sharing folder link to the printer doesn't have any files.
My administrator also informed that there is no abnormal issue with the network

If there is any issue with the network, how is it that other users have no issue scanning?

She is using Windows 10 anniversary 1607 build 14393.222 version.

I have ask the Toshiba engineers to reinstall the fimware and upgrade it to the latest, but the issue remains.

Please advise as previously, there is no such issue.

" sometimes her files goes through and other times, it will show error." what is the error?
just fiy, there is a difference between scan to email and scan to a shared folder. is she having issues with both or just just scan to email?
