I tried all that from reading another post, Still get the same message. I read somewhere maybe a pin is bent, If that is the case would it still boot into windows? Also if a pin did bend does that mean its only time till my CPU dies ?

Also. I'd like to thank you monkey for your time and help, I really appreciate it

It could boot even if a pin is not making contact, but some motherboard function is not going to work. Heard someone saying that two of the four ram slots stopped working after he broke a pin.

I just tried to reset CMOS again, left the battery out for a minute, Still getting the same message. Should I try to re seat the CPU again? If a pin is bent will re seating it do more damage

Could this be the issue, I have had the computer since 2013 and havent changed the battery. Could maybe a dying battery be the issue? I have been reading alot on these forums about it and other forums/reddit. Although I am starting to lean towards a bent pin because of the CPU sticking to the block and it was a bi**h to remove from the mobo.

Its 9pm here in Aus, Tomorrow I will go out and get a new battery, I'll give that a try. Thanks for the replies Zkye.

I also read, that a bit of dust could of gotten underneath the cpu when I seated it and that can cause the message to come up

Did you short the reset jumpers? as well as removing the battery?

By short the reset jumpers do you mean mode the cap from pins 1-2 to 2-3 ?? I will give it one more try.
