GTX 580 Sli ?

Hi there i have a GTX 580 1.5GB and was wondering if i could add another one to my computer FX 8320 at 400GHZ Board is M5A97 R2 EVO for a cheap option or should i wait some time and get a RX 480 or GTX 1060 i game on a 1080P 60hz screen my power supply is 1000 watt

Do not SLI the GTX580. Get a GTX1060 or even a rx480 as mentioned by Rob. A single GTX780 smokes 3xGTX580's in SLI.

And the GTX1060 has very similar performance to the GTX980. The newer cards are simply way better.

Just the heat from 2x580s will be a nightmare (you probably know this), plus they require a lot of power...which I see you do not need to worry about, but still.
