As the title states, windows 10 claims that the drive is working perfectly. Even in the chkdsk I did.

Chkdsk was executed in scan mode on a volume snapshot.

When I open the file manager I can see the drive, and when I open it I can see all the files on the drive. (Or, at least, the icons of such). But, the moment I go and actually try to open any of them it claims it cannot detect the file.

I also noticed that the defrag tool from windows says that the drive is 22% fragmented and needs to be optimized. So, yesterday I ran the defrag. It took all day, and still is showing 22% fragmented and needs to be optimized.

Any ideas? Thoughts? Tricks? Tips? ... ?
