Hey guys, I recently got a new memory upgrade. I bought the HX313C9FBK2/8 which in resume is a DDR3 2x4GB 1333mhz DIMM memory. When I put these in my mobo I just get a black screen and nothing happens, the PC restarts sometimes but still nothing happens. No beep sounds, nothing (it may have to do with my mobo not having a speaker cuz I actually turned it on without memory and it just restarted constantly doing nothing)

My mobo is a P43Twins1600, I know it's pretty old but looking at the specs I thought they'd work. Ive tried different slots and also trying just 1 memory stick. Some friend recommended touching the voltage with the old RAM and then replacing the RAM but I dont know how much should I do because I dont want to fry neither of them. Any tips?

Edit: The RAM itself is fine, I tried it on an uncle's computer and they worked perfectly.

Sorry, I meant 2x4 gb. If you look up the model I typed up there its 8Gb total. Just a small confusion.

HyperX HX313C9FBK2/8 is a kit of two 512M x 64-bit (4GB)
DDR3-1333 CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM)

https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX313C9FBK2_8.pdf

the ones Im using currently.

This document describes ValueRAM's 256M x 64-bit (2GB)
DDR3-1333 CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM)

The memory itself is fine because I tried it on an uncle's computer and it works perfectly. But here it's like it doesnt even detect them.

The Fury operate off PnP which wasn't supported when your mobo was released (pre 2011), also the chipset was designed to run with DDR3 of the time which was made with low density memory modules, today's DDR3 (post 2010) is made with high density memory ICs (chips) and isn't really compatible

Oh. Okay! I guess Im gonna sell this pair and buy another 8GBs that work with this mobo. Do you have any recommendations?

Go to a ram web site like Kingston and access their ram selection app.
G.skil, corsair, patriot... all have them.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of supported kits.
Buy one in the capacity you need.
If you then have any problems, you will get support from them.
