I am working on my first gaming desktop ,and im thinking about an i5-6600K 3.5GHz 6MB ,a MSI z170 GAMING M5 motherboard and a msi GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G.The case is an NZXT H440 it supports a 180mm max cooler.

And i dont know which cpu cooler should I go for with my build ,If you guys can help me and give me some advices I would aprecciate it !

I want to OC but not too high can you guys help me ? Iwould go for a 80$ max cooler !

There's a 3W difference between my CPU and yours(I think) as far as the TDP is concerned(88W vs 91W). The 212 Evo is a 180W cooler which means it can EASILY handle the heat generated by our CPUs. That is my suggestion. I've been using the 212 Evo for about a year now without complaints...

There are many coolers that can be bought for under $80.
Some of the popular ones are:
1) Coolermaster 212 evo - Link here
This is a very popular budget option, but might not give you all the performance you want.
2) Noctua NH-D14 - Link here
This is one of the best air coolers available, and it has been around for a long time.
3) Zalman CNPS 9900-Max - Link here (on sale today)
This one is what I use, and I can say it cools my 4790k very well - 4.6GHz and runs at 55c

This is a quick list, but many other people may be willing to post other coolers too. Good luck on picking the one you want!

When somebody loves to game their CPU will be under more stress than the average user who only browses the web, watches youtube, watches movies, listens to music etc. Those are not CPU intensive tasks. Gaming on the other hand can push the CPU a LOT harder. Games such as GTA V, Metro Last Light and Ashes of the Singularity are some of the more CPU intensive titles. The 212 Evo will keep your CPU relatively cool under fire.

With the CPU at 67% usage my CPU is 48C.

I only dabbled with the overclocking. My 4690K is good enough for all my games. No OC necessary. During the first month that I had it I did test it out and temps were fine. It was only a curiosity and nothing that I remember. Only thing I remember is that I had it at 4.4GHz(3.5GHz stock, 3.9GHz TB).

Next up is the Cryorig H7 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA85V4FU2360 . That's another popular CPU cooler compatible with Skylake.

Then we have the big boy. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018 . The Noctua D14 can handle the more aggressive 5GHZ+. That doesn't preclude the 212 and the Cryorig. I've not tested the 212 at that speed. and you can find users who have done just that on the net. The Noctua offers some serious cooling.

Have a case that allows for liquid cooling(closed loop/AIO)? The H100i is a good choice for overclocking that 6600K.

Bottom line? I recommend the 212 Evo.

Cryorig H5 Universal, good overclocking head room and no memory clearance issues.

I haven't hear too much about it. With looking at reviews such as https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Deepcool/Lucifer/6.html and comparing it with the other similarly priced coolers I'd say it's a good pick. That includes its look(not as bland as the 212), cooling ability(250W), Noise level(17.8~26.5dB(A) / 17.8~27.3dB(A) which is better than the Be Quiet Dark Pro 3) and its pricing.
