New PC shuts off after 15 mins gaming

Hello,i had this pc for about 1 month, everything was running fine and i could game for hours without problems,but from a few days if i play for 15-20 mins screen auto shut off even though the pc is running and the case fans becomes very loud and the only solution is turning it off, i'm really scared about it, is it a PSU problem or what?

PC SPECS
ASUS STRIX RX 480 8GB
8GB Ram
I5-6500 3.2GHz
ASUS H110M-K Motherboard
Philips 223V 21.5 Inch Monitor
Zalman 600w PSU (Came with the case)

Sounds like PSU or Temps. Use HWmonitor or NZXT CAM Software (as it has a overlay) to see what your max temp is before the screen goes black. Check the temps for both the CPU & GPU. If those temps are within safe limits then more than likely the PSU is the issue.

What are the safe temps for them?
btw after opening the upper cover i played for abot 30 mins with no proobs at all
