Ram should be in a 2x4, or 2x8 configuration. 120gb ssd is going to fill up, fast. I would drop the overclocking, and do some other tweaks, like this, so you can have more ram, better SSD, and a GTX 1070.

Not really seeing how I skimped on the PSU.... the motherboard maybe, but the CXM units are good quality Bronze units

H170 will not run ram speeds faster than 2133. It doesn't matter if you choose 3000, or 2400, it will still run at 2133.
