Will this brand of samsung ram work with my other brand of samsung ram?

Okay so currently i have 4 gbs of ram (2 2gb sticks) The model is m378b5673fh0-ch9 (samsung)
and i want to add 2 4gbs sticks of ram and its the same company that makes the other one (samsung) the model is M393B5170FH0-CH9 2Rx4 DDR3 PC3-10600R 1333MHz REG MEMORY RAM

So would i be able to add these 2 4gb sticks ALONG with my 2 2gbs i have in?

Hello.

The 4GB sticks you are looking to add (M393B5170FH0-CH9) are not compatible with your computer. They are ECC REGISTERED sticks, and only work in server motherboards.

You can literally buy memory from ANY company, as long as they are DDR3, have 240 pins, and are non-ecc, unregistered, unbuffered. If you absolutely want Samsung, this will work:
M378B5173DB0-CK0
