Best choice out of the two?

I've come to 2 different PC builds that I guess the professionals should be the judge to inspect. I need you guys (if you have time) to tell me which build would be a better choice. Also, I'll be looking at the newegg prices for both, because I don't want to go through the hassle of purchasing parts from a bunch of different companies.

Build #1: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/2GqGjc
Build #2: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Jbxkjc

If you can tell me what I could perhaps run for both builds and the graphics settings of the games, that would be beneficial to me.

As always, thank you for your time and help!

It has a 240GB SSD with most of the perks from both the builds.

Will it be able to run ARMA or Battlefield? If so, at what specs would it be able to run such games?

Thanks

I'm using mini-ITX form factor with wi-fi capabilities, for ram I prefer 8gb should be enough and using dual channel to double the performance, storage 1TB 3.5 inch should be enough and Wester Digital is no doubt one best brand, and the rest is as you wish.
:D more cheaper than your build :D and good performance either.
