I want to know if there is a way to use 2 DVI monitors as one by connecting them to one HDMI output. Sure I'm aware that it will need some kind of an adaptor, but it's what I'm looking for.

I want to find something like this adaptor: http://www.thruthewireusa.com/Displayport-to-2-DVI-HUB-Splitter.html, but 1 HDMI to 2 DVI (2 as one screen). Or even 1 HDMI to 2HDMI (2 screen as one too).

Solution
Standard HDMI is only capable of 1920x1200 at 60Hz so even if you do connect 2 1080p monitors to it you'll only get 30Hz each which is unusable in my opinion. You can get dual link DVI to dual DVI single link dongles, but that's because dual link DVI is capable of driving 2 1080p monitors at 60Hz. Pretty sure they don't make an HDMI dongle for this reason.
