OS on the slowest partition

OS on the SSD improves it's complete performance, not only games. If you have games on it together with OS everything would work faster not only game loading. Most important parts of a program/game are installed on system drive even if game is on secondary drive.

I've been using the ssd for games like arma where it improves not only loading times but also gameplay. If I'm not wrong arma 3 loads the map from 2nd storage devices when you zoom in because the map is too big to load one time only(when arma was on the hdd there was a lot of stuttering when zooming in). Being this mainly a gaming pc would I get any advantage chaging the OS to the ssd ? Thanks
