Moniter to phone Bluetooth/remote

How do I connect my Sylvania Monitor DL19OS_1.5 to my phone's Bluetooth for remote control access and movies? I am using antenna for current TV channels. I have no cables. Is this possible? Is it possible to cast or USB Bluetooth?

Please confirm the monitor model. Provide a link if possible.

I wanted to look at the monitor's specifications and its User Guide/Manual but my searches did not come up with a matching model number.

Tried some variations as well: e.g. "zero" vs "oh", "5" vs "S".

Key component is that the monitor have either built-in Bluetooth or a port for a Bluetooth receiver.

And it may be that a port is physically present but established only for future use; meaning no circuitry actually in place for the model at hand.
