Yes it will. 6400 may struggle to hold solid fps in bf1 as that game is very CPU heavy in multiplayer. Should be ok.

You'll be fine 1080p60 with that build.

It's single channel ram, you'll loose a bit of performance.

For the money you could build, doesn't seem a bad price.
