USB issue on ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO

I used asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO, but have about usb 3.1 issue.
When i used two Kingston usb flash drives device on usb 3.1 port,
the device speed become too slow....if i used only one,then not...
when i used other usb 3.0 port, then the speed is keep.
so only used two usb flash drives at same time , become slow...

Can anyone help?

Likely, you have one USB 3.1 interface with two ports. So it spreads the bandwidth between the devices.

when i used 3.0 prot, red 395.1 MB/s , Write 322.1 MB/s,
but if i used 3.1 prot two usb only support red 378 MB/s, Write 183 Mb/s

why it share bandwidth?

i will explain the details. ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO USB 3.1 is used asmedia 1142 chipset.
but this chipset has one issue the bandwidth only support 8 Gb/s,.
on the other hand, if you using two USB 3.1 sticks 8Gb/s needed to be divided by 2 devices which is 4Gb/s per stick.
