I have problems with my internet connection speed. Thing is if I connect directly the ethernet cable to my PC the speedtest.net by Ookla shows me a download speed of almost 300Mbps. If I connect it through my TP-Link TL-WR841N router and then into my PC it shows a download speed of merely 100Mbps. So I have a modem which goes into a router in the living room which also has another PC connected. From that router the Ethernet cable goes to my PC/the router I was talking about which are in another room. What may be causing the issue? I very much appreciate your feedback.

Yeah, thanks for the very quick response. Where I bought it from they weren't showing those specifications. Should've searched it on the manufacturer website, my bad.

I'm curious though. The provider gave us a Huawei HG8245H wireless router(I couldn't find any full specs anywhere) which my PC is connected to. But the PC next to that router, in the same room doesn't reach speeds of up to 300Mbps. Is it because it's a really old PC? Cause it is more than 10 years old. And thanks for the recommendations but I'm not planning on buying another wireless router to sustain that speed.
