Can't go into the BIOS SETUP

Hi My System is HP Compaq dc7550. When I press F10 key at the start it doesn't show the BIOS screen (NO menus appeared) I want to change the boot order and do some changes.But it is showing me black screen with "SETUP" word on the right bottom screen. Please any one tell me how do I enter the SETUP screen.Thanks in advance

Hello.

F10 should be the key for the bios. I suggest powering down the computer, removing every usb device except the keyboard and then pressing F10 at the start. If it doesn't boot still, I suggest trying another keyboard. Or resetting the bios.

Once in the menu, you will then be given a choice of language. Select the Storage menu for the boot order.

You can also press F9 on bootup for a single boot from the wanted device, but I assume you want to change the whole order?
