will a GTX 1060 6gb bottleneck with AMD Phenom II X4 B60 Deneb 45nm 12gb ram i am basically playing bf1 and bf4

Yes it will bottleneck but least you'll have a card worth moving to new hardware. If you plan on upgrading the rest soon I see no problem. You will have to upgrade the CPU as BF1 is going to need more CPU.
