ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 does not boot.
The Memory light is on and I am hearing the one 1 beep code, then suddenly power off

Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
AMD FX 8350
Water cooler corsair
120gb SSD
16 gb g'skill ripjaws DDR3 2133 4x4gb
Cross fire 2 x HIS HD 7950 ice
Windows 7
