Framerate drops while playing games

Hi!
I've got this framerate problem recently, yesterday my framerates were perfect (locked 60 fps) while playing games. This morning they dropped significantly, i noticed that there was a driver update available and a bios update available so i updated both and restarted my computer. I started up overwatch and noticed that the framerate was better but not near a locked 60 fps as earlier with the same settings.

I then ran msi Afterburner in the backround while playing overwatch and got these results:

As you see the temperature is more than fine...
Also checked my cpu temps and they where around 55 degrees celcius

My computer:
Intel core i5 6600k overclocked to 4.6 ghz
Corsair h80i AIO watercooling
Radeon R9 390 8gb stock speeds
500gb SSD (boot drive and where i store my games)
1tb hdd 7200 rpm
8gb hyperX ram
MSI pro gaming carbon z170
Corsair RM1000X 1000W power supply

Help me solve this please!

I didn't, i got it in april actually so yeah...
I was thinking about returning it and get a new gen gpu however here in Sweden the 390 was about 100 bucks cheaper and i needed something with 8gb of vram sice i was thinking about gaming in 1440p. The 970 for example only has 3.5gigs so it wasn't an option. The 480 is about $350 and the 390 was about $250 in Sweden (yeah i know it's messed up) when i got it so for me it was a no brainer.

Yeah but still, it shouldn't be throtteling since the temps are absolutely fine...
