Is PS4 PRO better than my PC?

I seen that the PS4 PRO was actually running some games at upscaled 4k at 60fps, someone told me Mafia 3 was running at 60fps sometimes, whereas with my rig I can only get 40fps at 1080p with that game. I might just sell my PC and get at PS4 PRO if that's the case.

Mafia III is a HORRIBLY optimized game for PC and only runs well on consoles.

4K upscaling only increases the pixel count, not the density, so "4K" is just 1080p.

Your rig would blow the console out of the water.

Companies just want you to believe that consoles are better than PCs, while in reality PCs have much more benefits.
