Do I need thermal paste for a liquid cooler?

I'm wondering if I need thermal paste and I am using a I7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz and gonna get 360 frostbyte liquid cooler and I am wondering if I need thermal paste for it

You will have to use paste with it. Don't know if the paste comes with it or you will have to buy it separately.

I'd get some just in case. Newegg has some for only 5 dollars. A majority of AIO coolers come with thermal paste pre-applied anyways.

Even if there is some paste preapplied it's usually a good investment to wipe that off and apply your own quality paste. The pre applied is usually subpar quality.
