Ur cpu isnt good but also isnt too bad. It will bottleneck a little which u couldnt sense it. But I tell u the main problem is for sth like gaming experience. It will not give u the max performance which u expect from that 1060 vga. So I recommend u if u can afford a better cpu do it. If u cant dont worry u can overclock ur cpu and glu for better gaming or other graphical experience. I mean it will satisfy u in gaming.35fps in highest setting in high requirements games like ac syndicate in fhd resolution. Best regards khd

It will limit your CPU more or less, depends on what game you will play.
Upgrade GPU will usually give you more performance improvement, so if you can only upgrade one piece at a time, go for GPU.
and 1060 6G version is more than enough for 1080P gaming
